Eric was an English major in college, and once thought he had the Great American Novel somewhere inside him.  Instead, he's taken his years of experience as a manager and leader and written two books on leadership; a blog where he posts on workforce and leadership issues; and a monthly newsletter to executives that focuses on the relationship between culture, values, leadership and success.
